I hereby authorize Alto Frio Baptist Encampment to withdraw to payroll deduction any amount that I have charged to my Concessions, Coffee Shop, or Gift Shop Tab. I also authorize AFBE to withdraw any amount that I owe on extra t-shirts, damages, repairs, or any other debt that I owe to Alto Frio. I understand that should I no longer be employed by Alto Frio Baptist Encampment, whether voluntarily or through termination, that any unpaid tabs or debts will be taken in full out of my last paycheck.

Employee Tab Agreement

I understand that Alto Frio Baptist Encampment offers, as a courtesy to its employees the ability to have a running tab at the Gift Shop, Coffee Shop, and Concession Stand. I understand that any and all charges on my tab when payroll is processed will be taken out of my paycheck and that I am responsible for all charges on my tab. Should I charge to someone else's tab, I understand that not only will I have to pay the false charge but I could also be terminated.
